Data deletion

To delete your Memogo data:

1. Remove the forwarding rule or filter in your email account so nothing more is sent to your Memogo address.
2. Sign in at memogo.app, open Settings, then Danger zone, and choose Delete my account. Your account, intake address, WhatsApp numbers, children, summaries, events and delivery records are removed immediately, and your login is deleted.
3. If you cannot sign in, email [email protected] from the address you registered with, with the subject "Delete my data". We complete email requests within 7 days and confirm by email.

Raw emails are deleted automatically within 24 hours of receipt regardless. Replying STOP on WhatsApp pauses messages to that number straight away.
